Civil Engineering Development Trainee (m/f/d) – Eschborn

Your mission

• Support the identification and prospecting of new business opportunities;
• Provide technical support in the preparation of commercial proposals;
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams;
• Support the preparation of technical documentation;
• Conduct market analysis and support customer relationship management;
• Liaise with suppliers and business partners.

What We Are Looking For

• University degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
• Knowledge of road infrastructure and hydraulics;
• Basic knowledge of financial analysis and/or CAPEX/OPEX;
• Proficiency in English (mandatory);
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges;
• Dynamism, proactivity and a positive attitude;
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality;
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
