Real Estate Specialist (m/f/d)

MCA Group is expanding its Corporate Real Estate & Investment capabilities and is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and experienced Real Estate Specialist to join our team.

In this key role, you will support and drive our real estate strategy, identifying and securing strategic opportunities across targeted markets and asset classes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to build our portfolio and accelerate our growth.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Identify, source, and evaluate real estate investment opportunities;
• Build and maintain a strong network of brokers, agents, consultants, and property owners;
• Conduct thorough due diligence and financial assessments;
• Prepare investment proposals and business cases;
• Lead negotiations and manage the acquisition process;
• Stay ahead of market trends and emerging opportunities;
• Organize and conduct property visits and investor tours;
• Support financing processes and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• 5–10 years of experience in real estate, ideally from a leading consultancy or investment firm;
• Strong understanding of the Portuguese real estate market, financing structures, and legal frameworks;
• Proven track record in acquisitions and/or client relationship management;
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills;
• Deep knowledge about the licencing processes;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English;
• Existing market network is a strong advantage.
